Strategic Leading Talents:

Academic Leading Talents:

(1) Position Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate innovative thinking and academic excellence, with a commitment to groundbreaking innovations and critical technological advancements in their respective fields. They should be recognized for their significant contributions by peers both nationally and internationally. Candidates should be under 65 years of age.

(2) Employment Benefits

The university offers competitive salaries, substantial research funding, a one-time housing subsidy, and settlement allowances. Successful candidates will also receive an annual doctoral student recruitment quota during their employment, unlimited postdoctoral recruitment quotas, and access to state-of-the-art research platforms, office space, and laboratory facilities.

Outstanding Young Talents:

(1) Position Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate exceptional capabilities in addressing challenging research problems and driving technological innovation. They must exhibit dynamic academic thinking and have achieved significant research results or notable scholarly accomplishments. Alternatively, candidates with research directions demonstrating substantial innovative potential and the capacity to become leading figures in their respective fields are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must be under 45 years of age.

l The position is offered under the university's permanent staff system, with direct promotion to full professorship and eligibility for doctoral student supervision.

l The university offers competitive salaries, substantial research funding, a one-time housing subsidy, and settlement allowances. Additional performance-based bonuses are available for high-level achievements, technology commercialization, and research performance. Exceptional candidates in relevant disciplines are eligible to apply for the "Xiaomi Young Scholar" Program for further support.

l In addition to national funding, sufficient research funding will be provided according to the discipline category.
